Sometimes, however, users may come across a listing or post that seems wrong โ€” perhaps an animal is too young, information looks misleading, or the situation simply feels โ€œoff.โ€ This page explains how you can report a concern safely, responsibly, and in confidence.

We encourage responsible reporting made in good faith.
However, false or malicious submissions intended to harass or harm others will result in
account suspension and possible legal action.
