The following always include a free MEOW option and are not subject to payment or refunds:
Where no payment has been made, no refund applies.
We want advertisers to be confident when upgrading or promoting listings. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cats.ie uses one-time payments only for visibility upgrades.
Once a visibility upgrade (e.g. JUMP or GLOW) has been activated, it runs for its stated duration and then expires automatically.
